All the staff are here to try and help you and are pleased to do so. Reception is your link with the rest of the practice.

You may be required to supply medical details in order for the team to work effectively, knowing at all times they are working under the instructions of the doctors.

All information supplied is treated in confidence and all the staff are bound by the same codes of conduct as the doctors and nurse. The more information you are able to give to reception, the better the staff will be able to assist you.

Non-urgent advice: Phlebotomists

The phlebotomist runs the blood clinic every Tuesday morning from 8.30am solely to take blood tests; no other procedures can be done at this time.

Non-urgent advice: Health Visitors

Your Health Visitor will be able to give advice especially regarding children; the Health Visitor is also in attendance at the Baby Clinic.
